Ignite Consults LTD

Consulting for businesses that already run.

We advise owners and operators of established small businesses on how their company actually works: where the time goes, where the process breaks, and what to change first.

Start a conversation Las Vegas, Nevada. Work is scoped in months.

We look at the business as it runs, not as it is described.

Most owners know something is not working. Fewer have had the time to sit down and trace it end to end. That tracing is the work, and the advice comes out of it rather than out of a template.

More on each of these

01
Operations review

How work actually moves through the business, from the moment it arrives to the moment it is finished.

02
Systems and process

Mapping the tools already being paid for, and removing the duplication between them.

03
Structure and documentation

Roles, responsibilities, and the written record that makes it possible to delegate.

04
Reporting and administration

What gets measured, how often, and whether those numbers describe the business.

05
Vendor and supplier review

Who is being paid, for what, on what terms, and whether it still suits the business.

The practice operates from Las Vegas, Nevada.

How the work is run.

Engagements run in months

Nothing useful about how a business operates is visible in a single afternoon. Work is scoped in months so there is time to see a full cycle of whatever is being examined.

One consultant stays with the account

The person who does the initial review is the person who stays on the engagement. Context does not get handed between people.

Most clients arrive by referral

Work comes through people who have worked with us before, and through a referral partner programme. We are not a volume practice and we are not trying to become one.

Plain language, in writing

Findings are written down in ordinary English. If a recommendation cannot be explained to the person who has to carry it out, it is not finished.

Tell us what is not working.

A first conversation is a conversation, not a pitch. If we are not the right fit we will say so.

What happens after you write

You send a note through the form or straight to the inbox. We reply from info@igniteconsults.io, and we ask a few questions before anything else.

If it looks like a fit, we scope a review. If it does not, we say that and point you somewhere more useful.
